Challenge
Optimizely's marketing organization, not unlike many other marketing teams, was facing operational challenges including siloed teams and channels, a top-down decision-making culture often led by the Highest Paid Person's Opinion (HIPPO), and the absence of a common or shared system. While work could be assigned within Asana, all of the content creation and execution had to happen in external tools.
